How much does one of your security systems costs?

We do not believe in selling systems as a package. We like to meet with you and discuss your security needs and then we will recommend a custom system designed for you.

Do I have to keep my landline for my security system to work?

We can install a cellular communicator for your system and after that is installed you can disconnect your landline.

My keypad is showing an FC, what does this mean?

Your system has lost the connection with central station. If your land line is working, we ask that you call our office and we will put your system in test. After you are in test, we will ask you to send us a signal so that we can confirm you are communicating again with our central station.

I received a phone call from the central station and they told me that I have a low battery. What do I need to do?

You can either stop in our office during normal business hours and we will sell you a battery or you can call us and we will send out a tech to service your system. We will recycle your old battery for you too.

Do you have an app to control my system?

Yes, but you will need to have a cellular or internet communicator on your system.

Do you install camera equipment that I have purchased online?

We only install the camera equipment that we purchase from our vendor.

How often should I test my system?

When we installed your system, we set your system up to test either weekly (residential) or daily (commercial). If your system is older, it may not have the ability to send a test. If you have made any changes to your phone line or if your phone carrier has been out, it’s always a good idea to call us and we will instruct you on how to test your system. The manufacturer does recommend that you test your system weekly.

Can I pay my bill online?

We currently do not take payments through our website. We can set you up for ACH or credit processing automatically through our billing system. You can always call us and we will take your credit card or banking information over the phone.
